Charges
We offer a scaled shipping and handling fee for all orders within New Zealand as set out below:

There is also a flat-rate surcharge for Rural Deliveries of NZ$4.00 per consignment. Please indicate when ordering if you require Rural Delivery. We will not ship to Rural Addresses without prior payment of this surcharge.
Track & Trace
All orders are shipped via NZ Post and are tracked to prevent loss. In the rare event that an order does go missing, we will assist you to locate your parcel but are not obliged to provide you with a refund.
International Orders
If you require international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. We can then provide you with a shipping quote and instructions on how to pay the additional shipping charges. Any extra fees or taxes imposed by local customs are the buyers responsibility.
